Dear All 1. I had applied for a Dwelling Unit under Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna at Amrapali leisure valley pvt Ltd through Investors Clinic in Dec 2015. Two units were allotted to me by them in Techzone IV in Phase 4 and 5. 2. No work has commenced since then till date. There is no response by the builder or Investors clinic on the present status of the project. 3. 20 percent of the amount has already been taken by them amounting to about 16 lakhs for both the flats through investors clinic.The entire amount is through bank transfer and i am holding proper documents and receipts for the same. 4. On contacting it has come to light that these phases of the project have still not received appropriate sanction from competent authority to start the construction. Hi Mohit, 3 years have gone by and even phase-1 has reached maximum of 6th floor. It seems to me that they are only launching phase to arrange for some money. I don't see any serious intention on their part to deliver as of now.

Hi Mohit, I think you should visit the project site and then take your buying decision. Once, you satisfied with their other phase's construction quality, connectivity, locality and location advantages then you should proceed. Thanks.
