Hi, As per me, the property and society they are building up is pretty decent. The documents also seem to be intact. Has anyone booked any apartment? Which all documents are cooked up?
He didnt get approvals for lift operation, for sewage, landowners's details,etc. Simply vanished and not responding to the buyers since 1 year

Pathetic building materials, BWSSB charges not paid to governemtn but taken from us. Now, government is asking us to pay 25000 because Adithya guys didnt pay our money to the government!!A pathetic and cheating builder, I am suffering. If Builder is same as the team which build Adithya Elixir, then you are in for much suffering and distress. E.g. Madhusudan Reddy and Kiran Reddy. For our building (Adithya elixir), they are not giving handover documents, not sure if they have the original documents also or not! Furthermore they are not providing BWSSB payment receipts, which means that Government is asking us to pay 25-30K again inspite of paying it already to builder!! Avoid this Adithya Builders! We too are suffering...same problem in Adithya Elixir. Builder is not handing over documents. Not paid BWSSB charges which we paid to builder. Now Government is asking us for the amount!! Pleade avoid this builder!!
