Q: Please suggest as per current market scenario ? In first look I guess hennur market is more developed as per K R Puram? kindly share your view points

Thanks Girish and Parag for your view point, As of now we are considering mahadevpura, doddenakundi, K R Puram and hennur.. Q: We are checking for apartment in K R Puram, we have two options close by, wanted to check if 15-20 lakh difference is okay to buy for reputed builder (Salarpuriya) and normal builder? if we are getting 2.5 bhk in normal builder and 2bhk in reputed builder with same cost? which one should be preferable?

Thanks for your opinion, wanted to compare Gina Shalom and salarpuria celesta located in K R Puram, As the 2bhk in salarpuriya (1300 sq ft) costing 85 lakh and in Gina 2.5bhk (1400 sqft) costing us lower than 7-8 lakh. location is same.
