I am planning to buy a flat in sonesta I-wood. But need few information on this like legal ,construction, whether anybody got bank enginner statement on project including construction.
If anyone of you have done legal check.Could you please share details to me.

Hi, we had taken legal opinion from our layer and we bought our apartment after getting a green signal from him. And this project is sanctioned by all leading banks including SBI and LIC.
