Q: Hi, i wanted to know who has to pay Property Tax? Which properties are accountable for Property Tax assessment?

Hi, I purchased the flat in PCMC area in Feb 2014. Now Property tax invoice is for the year April 2013-2014 and April 2014 - 2015. Since I purchased the flat in 2014, I should be paying only for 2014-15?
