Q: Hi , I am interested in 2 BHK unit in Saarrthi Suburbia Estate, Wagholi, Pune. Can anyone tell me about project as well as localities development?

Hi , recently I have contact with the builder person , project offer 1/2/3 bhK unit, I ask for 2bhk unit having 801 sq/ft with the rate of 3300 per sq ft. He told me that 2bhk unit come around 33.50 lakh inclusive of all charges.
