Which is for 10 lkhs per ghunta and there is other plot 3 kms away named Chirmer..Now I request all investors not to invest in this bcoz it has been more than 3 yrs. people who hv been given papers hv not been allotted plots. Now tommrow if goverr says we can't give permission being mangroves place then your money is gone...On the other hand I came to know that they hav taken 900 acre plot in ghodbunder area...rate is 7 lkhs per ghunta. The are just taking money from people and buying property. No allocation is made..These people only take your hard earned money and invest in purchasing other land. Good example is just visit their Thane office at deo corpora tower just look at their dress of the receptionist it is torn litreally...can u belive this??
