1)OC,CC,NOC and A katha are there?
2)Legally any issues with property

Hi, please don't buy..lot of parking issues. I m repenting after buying flat here. The builder and management is very rude and will not help you in any issue. Lot of internet provider issues too. Again builder is non cooperative. And not to forget, so many challenges with the Carmelaram crossing.

Hi,
I am planning to book a 2bhk in B-block in white waters project.Read some of the concerns about the project and wanted to check about the overall feedback on the project with the existing owners.
Please let me know the below details:
1. Land issue about swimming pool.
2. Are the mentioning about OC & CC in the agreement.
3. Are the providing A-khata for individual flats.
4. Did anyone got the verification done with lawyer and how much is the deviation?
I will be visiting the project again on Sunday and would appreciate if I can meet anyone already staying there and have a quick chat.

If you care for your hard earned money, put it somewhere else. The DSR management is not worth it. Dont say you were not warned.
