Vishnu - I should have heeded to your inputs, I did not know that I will be tricked, the landowner quoted Rs.100/- per sqft lower than the builder and I was almost about to book a flat, only to be told that I have to cough up extra money. When I tried to discuss with the builder, he just dismissed the conversation and acted pricey as if he is the ultimate authority amongst builders, as if am at his mercy and that I cannot buy a property from anyother builder in bangalore.. Really??! I mean who is the customer here?
