NVT Arcot Vaksana villa project in Sarjapura Road
Q: What is the type of villas the project is offering? Is there any festival offer going on or pre launch offer?

How much is the rate per sqft going on in this project? Has the project got all the necessary approvals?
I visited couple of villas in the same location, and I finally liked Ananthyavillmates in Sarjapura attiballe road junction, even i gone through the all legal dcuments varifications, if any body has gone through this project and if you have faced any problem kindly let me know

NVT Arcot Vaksana offers only 4 bhk residential villas with area ranging from 2885 - 3664 Sq.Ft. There is no festival offering in this project but the pre launch offer is that the price of the viilas starts from Rs 1.58 Cr. Onwards till Diwali.
Hi I actually gone through the some other villamates as well in the same location and i saw others are selling out at low cost compare to you and amenities also same, why this is happening, i really saw very nice projects even at better prize and there is even nothing like penalty for canceling then why your still coating too high prize.
