Q: Want to buy a 2BHK from shree hari residency in shilphata ,Thane Location.Can any one advice me this property is authentic or not. Deleloper:-Shree Odhav developers

Latest Answer: i booked 1 BHK in shree hari residency in shilphata , builder provided me xerox copy of all documents and my lawyer is fine with it, project is approved by HDFC, AXIS ,DHFL etc but i am going with SBI , currently my home loan is in process , just hoping every thing will go fine. i have checked many people took loan from HDFC,bank of baroda etc. guys keep posting updates on this project .
