This Builder is cheater, he has cheated many people in the name of 1) Tirupati Balaji builders & developers 2) Aditya Builders And Developers Private Limited 3) Tirupati Builcon Private Limited. At the current situation, all have been absconded. This builder even might has taken a fraud medical certificate. A Strong action is need to be taken against this type of builders. He is just giving and given a false promise, by showing his fake money power. all this money belong to investors only

I have booked a 1bhk in Padmavati lifestyle. Want to cancel it. But builder is asking to surrender all original documents to cancel the booking. What should i do.

Yesterday H'ble Alibag court postponed hearing on anticipatory bail of other Directors of TBG and bail of Mahendra and Bablu till 18.06.2016. Court also directed to Police and Public Prosecutor to merge all FIR against TBG. Dear consumers, Investigation of EWO is till going on and they has to submit charge sheet against them.
