Facilities available in JRD Hill Heritage villa project in Kovai Pudur in Coimbatore
Q: My family and I are relocating to Kovai Pudur in Coimbatore and were thinking about moving into JRD Hill Heritage. Can someone tell me the different facilities available here? like is there swimming pool and gym? also, what is the present square feet price? and how are the villas? are they nice and spacious?

My comments to replies
I have seen this place when I wanted to book a property. Like they boast here, there is no common water supply, no park, no gym, no security, no proper road. Please visit the spot before you proceed with buying anything here. This place was recommended by one of my friend, so I paid a visit to see their work so far. They employ cheap unskilled labours and apply no common sense when designing or building them. After seen a couple of houses in this area, I decided to go with another builder who is well organised than JRD and trust worthy.
