i heard this is a very bad society? name the facility and area and you have the issues? I heard they have water issues, electricity issues, safety issues, DG issues, cleaning issues, builder issues and goons issues.

If builder ask to submit stamp for the registry amount on property despite legal order of Supreme court in land acquisition case of noida 76. Is the possession barred if we do not gave stamp duty cost until the final clearance from Supreme court. Can we ask for the possession and registry can be done at later stage after final verdict when court allow the freehold of the property

My comments to replies
Builder saying after giving registery amount they will handover the apartment but even after that they started creating new hassle to pay some false panelty as rates got high in that area..height!!.... these all builders are same ..
