Residential Projects in Saravanampatti in Coimbatore
Q: I’m thinking of buying a 3BHK apartment for my family. I might also invest in a house, if I get a good enough deal. What are the major upcoming residential projects in Saravanampatti?

The Tannys Green Springs project is quite suitable for what you are looking for. It is located on the Saravanampatti-Kalapatti road, and quite near to the junction. The 3BHKs are quite big. The total built-up areas available in 3BHK apartments are 1515 and 1650 square feet. The square feet price is a standard Rs 3500. The prices of these two types of 3BHKs are Rs 53 lacs and Rs 58 lacs. You can also check out the AV Highfields. The square foot prices are lower there, just Rs.3000/sq. ft. and the 3BHKs cost 33 and 40 Lacs.
Never go near any properties promoted by Tanny's Shelters. The promoter Siva is a Notorious person and has not kept commitments. You can check with the owners/residents of Green Springs and you would hear a lot about how they were cheated and the stories would run for hours. The company declared start of few projects recently, but caught in dispute already - Tannys Businestle, Tannnys Smilestone, Sublime homes and B-Enclave. The promoter will fall at your feet but once caught you will see his real face.
