Hi, I have booked a villa in Anish Common Wealth.I liked the Project very much even though it is little far from Whitefield because of the Quality and Amenities. At the same time , I am bit tensed as this is my first investment. I have planned to stay there once they give possession. I have two doubts on this. 1. Will they develop the project in 5 years and will that area will develop? 2. All the guys who have booked villa are going to stay?
