This is probably the first forum I have seen on this project...Had booked the flat in 2006 and have been following up since then. There have been various reasons for delays. Mr. Garodia and his staff have been nice and patient through out. The only thing that lacks is transparency or timely updates from them. You have to keep on following up again and again. With EMI instalments every month, you cannot even forget the mess

the project was under SRA scheme...so some buildings were constructed for slum, but it seems the slums filed a case against the builder as to the space & quality of onstruction,the builder Garodia says the case is over but the work is still stopped n no progress, no update as to what is d actual reason for d work being stalled?

May I known when will the mandakini tower construction start I have really got fed up now whenever I do call up Guardia office the only answer I get is sir is in meeting and ma taking tower discussion is going on. Least builder should send an intimation or have a meeting of all the customers and let them known that what is the status of their project
