This is really unexpected fraud. i have booked 2 BHK flat for phase 3. Have made the 25% payment. Posession was promised by end of 2017 but even the Phase 1 construction hasn't started. And on top of that whatever is happening is making me furious.

Dear All, I have heard about this cheating and going to lodge made inquiry with the concerned department i.e.CIDCO/NAINA or Collector about the builder and their project. even i'll approach to the EOW for this.
i am not victim but fighting for flat Purchaser against builders for taking away hard earnest money.
