I am planning to book an apartment in Mana Karmel but the project is still in pre launch. Any idea when they are launch the project and what is the rate per sqft they are quoting?
Hi Folks, can someone please help with latest rate offered for mana karmel?Are they providing OC, i was told their other project mana candella will not be having OC

As far as I know the project is expected to launch by another one weeks time and they are quoting Rs 3200 as the pre launch offer. After the launch they are going to increase the price.

Hi Nitish, As far as I know the builder is not going to provide Occupancy Certificate for this project. I think Mana Projects does not offer OC for any of their projects.
