The project Haware Citi by Haware Builders is a shining example of shoddy construction by any builder. 1. Access road has not been built for last 4 years 2. No lighting on the makeshift (kachcha) road 3. STP not maintained for long 4. Lifts are not working in some buildings 5. Building exterior finishing is very poor 6. Interior of common areas not developed You should visit and see for yourself. Infact my suggestion would be scrutinise every Haware project before you advance with your deal. The good thing about Haware Citi is lots of open area is available within the complex.
