In general Vertex Solutions are crap and also staff seems to be not customer friendly at all. Vertex never stand on words and quality is very very poor. I heard complaints from my friends, and they own in prime, sadguru krupa etc... I actually planned to buy a flat, but then with reviews, have not chosen Vertex. I am not influencing any one, it is upto, but i suggest to be sure. I echo kiran, i too heard very bad experiences my friend had while he owns flat in vertex prime. Especially the Customer relations team is worse and their behavior is quiet annoying when my friend and his peers used to consult for any complaints.
