Thanks a lot for your answers. my doubts are clear now. My point of confusion was Vasai being a junction for travel, it might have some scope of more resell value. But I have seen almost all the projects in Naigaon and Vasai and found that Vasai is already almost 70% is developed. But Naigaon is still yet to be developed.
