Hello The project looks good but why this is no APF for SBI, reluctance of sales staff towards loan from SBI. No proper info or project details document even after confirmation token amounts. This is raising questions towards Ravinanda Landmarks transparency and professionalism. Any response ? AK . Pune
when we talked to the 2-3 flat owners in 1st building, according to them builder is introducing surprising factors at the time of flat possession like owner has to pay the deposit of rs 50000 with the for safety against the shifting of luggech, in case you are renting out the flat, tenant is also required to pay the maintenance charge means builder is charging double maintenance. Also the overall quality of the work done is not satisfactory. Possession promised was for July 2015 but families still struggling to get possessions.
