Hi, Anyone bought a plot in Happy County layout? This layout is located on IOC road, Vagata village near Hoskote. I am one of the plot owners of this layout and would like to connect with other owners. There is lot of happenings in this area these days. Sakshi(Jagati publications) had setup their Bangalore branch next to this layout. Opp to it, a 70 acre layout(Hansika) is coming up. Please join the yahoo group

A huge ITC factory has come up on Malur road and soon it will be operative, about 7 kms from Happy County. I was thinking if plot owners are interested in coming together, form a group and think of developing our gated community ?
Hi All, My name is Srinath, residing in Seshadripuram, Bangalore is also a owner of plot no 16 at Happy County, situated on the IOC road. Vagata Village Survey No 162 with least development. Today, I visited and paid taxes as others doing.
I tried to reach penchalaiah original developer of Happy County as per Sale Deed which is available with all of us. He is running a http://www.audisankara.ac.in a college in Nellore district. I have the college Directors Number and have requested for contact details of Penchalaih. To my surprise there is pending petition and an arbitration pending against Penchalaiah a civil case http://judgmenthck.kar.nic.in/judgmentsdsp/bitstream/123456789/32120/1/CMP189-13-02-12-2014.pdf. Penchalaiah email id is vankyp@yahoo.com. The current rate for our BMRDA approved layout as it stands as per the guidance value is 840/- as per the guidance value at sub-registrar's office. All of our need to put our hand together to get this project moving by continuos follow-up with Penchalaliah. I am trying to speak the person who has put a case and would try to understand from him as to which survey no Penchalaiah again tried to sell so that entire group would be aware and can take appropriate action as well.
