Hi All, Same case here since May 2009. I booked flat in Sector II building number 7. Now its already 8 years after booking one number 1 BHK flat. Since that at each visit, I am getting same answer as it will be completed soon in next 6 months. Same answer again and again. Last year June 2016, they told me that there was problem with contractor and they are hiring new contractor. So possession will be in June 2016. Construction is still as it is since last 11 months. moreover during FIRST registration they took 8000/--for 1 BHK from all and after some days we got new letter as we have to pay new registration amount of 25000/- without any difference (deducting first amount) as registration tax in increased by government. So where is this money gone for all flats. Ideally in one 7floor building there are 70 flats (10 flats on each floor), so amount is 560000/-INR for one building registration.
