Hi All, I am planning to buy a flat in Geotech-Pristine avenue in GC2. Please suggest if this is a good builder to go ahead with. I have not heard about this before and it is developing a small project of just 430 flats in totality. Can find any reviews in internet as well. Is it advisable to proceed or not.
