Not getting documents even after 10 months of booking and initial 2 payments
Q: I booked a flat in rajnagar residency rajnagar extension,but even after 10 months i have not received the papers and agreement documents...they are sending letters on letters with interest imposed on me...but the concerned person is not taking up my calls and not even replying for mails. I am feeling cheated..what to do and whom to talk to for resolving my problem??/

My comments to replies
I have filed a case against the buider for fraud and cheating... the project is not approved by GDA and they are delaying the completion.... i spoke to the directors and they tried to threaten me... If anyone has any other information, share with me.... I am making a group of aggrieved flat owners who have also been cheated and we are going to file a PIL against the builder...
Hi Siddharth, I am also one of the victim of Mittal Group....let me know if any proceeding have been made.
