Q: Hi..what are the revised Stamp and registration charges in Hyderabad..??

Hey guys The stamp duty in Hyderabad is dependent on different criteria s eg: sales deed or conveyance deed. 1. Sales deed (Stamp duty 4% and registration charges 0.50% ) 2. Conveyance Deed (gift, mortgage, lease etc.) the stamp duty charges would be 5% and registration charges 0.50%.
Hi, I'm planning to buy a villa in a gated community with 150 sq. yrds land and 1800 SFT built area in HYDERABAD. it is a resale property and is under construction now. can anyone suggest what would be the complete registration charges including stamp duty, registration, transfer..etc for this resale property? Sudharshan.
