Q: Any information on actual progress of construction and when the project will be ready for possession?

Hi all, The project Mantri DSK Pinnacle by Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. located at Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore is going to be complete by December'2015. The current price quoted by the developer is Rs. 8000/sq-ft. Location advantages:- Close proximity to developed residential areas like Jayanagar and JP Nagar, Well known schools such as Ryan International School, Presidency, Innisfree and Clarence in close vicinity, 15 minute drive to Electronic City via NICE Corridor, Close to major software companies like Honeywell, IBM, Oracle and Accenture etc.
You guys are lucky if you get possession this year end. I booked my flat in Mantri celestia Hyderabad. It is delayed by more then 8 years. God only know when will be the possession. Hardly see workers on site.

It is still no where near completion I have bought a flat in mantri pinnacle my sincere suggetion; don't go anywhere near mantri unless you want to get cheated
I would suggest Please don't buy any flat with Mantri. Mantri is biggest scam. our Mantri Celestia Hyderabad project got delayed by more then 8 years. Still struggling for our flat. Now a days every month they are coming with new shorter deadline. this is strategy, so people may not go for legal and they will keep cheating customer

I have unfortunately bought a flat in pinnacle it is nowhere near completion my sincere suggetion to all ;don't go anywhere near mantri unless you want to get cheated as per there own letter it will be handed over may be a few months from now that is feb 2016
We are struggling for our Mantri celestia hyderabad from 10 years. Project delayed by more then 8 years. and Still struggling for possession. so don't expect they will handover your project without 6-7 years delay.

Q: Mantri DSK Pinnacle one of the milestone of mantri builders, now in a halt, no actual progress in site. Cheapest marketing technic selling off 4 bhk first, and making an ass out of others who purchased one already.

Hi, You people are lucky person, it is delayed by only 3 years. Our Mantri Celestia Hyderabad project delayed by more then 7-8 years. and Still Struggling for our flat. As long as you didnt buy anything from them, they look fine. They just treat the customers as dumb. They are telling due to lack of labour the construction is delayed. Why the hell there would be lack of labour unless you pay them on time. No other builders complaint about this. Silly bullshit reason. They are just holding it back inorder to sell off all 4bhk then complete the project which is the cheapest trick. They earn no respect now.

What is the reason for the delay in possession? 3 years is quite a long time... and if I am not wrong then Mantri is quite a well known and reputed builder in the real estate market.

This is one of the worst project. The possession of flats were supposed to be given by May 2014 and since then there is regular delay. It has been more than year and still there is no concrete answers from the builders as to when the flat will be handed. The response by the builder is also very bad. Every 2-3 months there representative keeps changing and then you will have to talk to new representative the whole problem. The current work progress is very slow and there is hardly any work going on. The facade is still incomplete and the High Crane has been removed from the site so I doubt at what rate they will finish the work. So if you looking for something nice i will suggest you to look into some other property and not to waste your hard earn money here.
