I have booked a flat in building no. 33 in Orchid Ozone, Dahisar. Is there anybody else in the same building ?

My comments to replies
This is April 2016 and yet there is no sigh of getting possession . This was the Really BAD decision of me to invest in this Project. Booked the Flat in sep 2009 and still ther is no possession.............!!!
Respected Sir/Mam, I saw your news on TV on times now and it seems that you are facing same the same problem as I had faced in my case. I had booked a flat at Virar against a builder who demanded money as had promised me possession in 2008 but had no intention to do so. Hence, I filed a case before district forum where i got compensation and possession wherein he appealed further in State Commission where he was instructed to give possession as soon as possible and today i am in possession of my flat. I had pleaded in this case , hence let me know if you feel fit and would want me to plead in your case or if you need any legal help. I am not a lwyer but I am a second year law student and I am allowed to plead in consumer courts.

We have booked in Feb 2010....last time I enquired they said building 1-9 will get possession by 2014 end and now on Feb 2016 flooring work was completed and they were saying possession by may June 2016.
