For those who have opted to purchase flat from SI beware. Don't fall into the trap of this builder. Theie main intention is to cheat and not give possession to flat in time. All the projects are still pending. And they do not have any intention of completing. Those who have already invested are taken for a ride. SI is presently a sinking ship and capsize any time with all your hard earned money. The manager incharge trivandrum and his people are siphoning the money somewhere and are not completing any of their budding in the city. Those who have already invested in green hill height, Kempton manor and the upcoming projects beware fdo not get cheated. You better enquire with the other flat owners of this builder and you can know the real facts

I have purchased a flat from SI . The project is West Fort Garden in Pettah Tripunithara Ernakulam. It is now 7 yrs and still Project not complete. I was fooled by tall claims of their Reputation , the reality is different

Hi I too have booked in Westfort #3 A.
Its been a harrowing experience. The builder have go bad on every single claim of theirs. The lowest delay compensation and highly arrogant attitude. Most of the payments also done as i was not in Kerala and when ever the demand was raised i duely paid only to know that the work was not moving at all.Every time i attempt to meet them they give sob story of 2008 slow down... as if they are only ones effected. I like the idea of forming a group and taking it leagally with the builder. As they think we can be taken for granted. I can form a Whats app group ... please share your numbers and i will keep adding. For now will restrict it to effected Westfort. My number 9445201605. Regards Mahesh
