Hi all,
Received the final demand letter for Tower-27. Couple of additional charges have been mentioned - One Time Electricity Connection Charges, Labour Cess , Core Cutting & DG Indicator Charges. In spite of communication from CRM on payment delays because of documentation from their end Interest on delayed payments has been charged. Has anyone else faced the similar issues? What should i do?

I think, you should send them a legal notice and should take it to consumer court? According to me, you all resale buyers can unite and jointly take this up with builder and issue legal notice.
