Hi..anyone who purchased flats in Cosmos jewels. I'm concerned about the delay in getting the possession.

@Soumya Shankar: As per sales team they have received NOC from Fire department and OC Inspection has been done they are expecting OC by this month end , let's wait and see . If anyone have opted for Soft possession are they charging Maintenance for Month of Feb and March'16?
I got an update that for Solitaire Fire NOC is received OC is expected in 2-3 months soft possession will start by Aug End..
