CIDCO's approval to 8 projects under development plan of Panvel villages
Q: Do you know? In the past 4 months, CIDCO has given commencement certificate to 8 projects under the pilot project of development of 23 villages in Panvel tehsil.

My comments to replies
I have invest will balaji builders since last 2.5 years and still they have not received any approval from CIDCO, whenever we ask we get same answer that it is going to be approved in next 3 month, and now it has been pass almost 2 year, Can anyone help me on this. Uday Patil (Mumbai)
Hi Uday Agar uss plot ka 7/12 uss builder ke nam Ho toh ....toh fikar Ki koi bat nahi .....as u said ...invest karke 2 sal hua hai ....toh 1st u should check 7/12 of that plot ....agar uske nam pe hai toh ...vo plot sold karke apko aur bakike customer ki amount return de sakta hai ....agar 7/12 uske nam nahi hai aur proper documents nahi hai toh ....vaha se ...room cancel karo ....amounts return lelo
