Hi All, never try to buy the property with them.. they are having hefty charges of cancellation and interest of none payment of amount. We dicussed with the management to sort out the interest amount to reduce.. they said its technical issue and charging 2 lac for 45 days of delay.. never seen worst coordination of managment. Hi All.. Ozone management is the worst management they have.. They are not responding properly for the issue and they are charging highest interest rates for non payments. They dont have proper customer support to sort the issue out and they charging 2lac for 45 days of delay due to bank delay in releasing the amount.. this is really sad and unacceptable..
