नवी मुंबई व उपनगरातील अनेक सोई सुविधांमुळे अनेक गृह प्रकल्प उभे रहात आहेत. परंतु शासकीय नियमांचा भंग करीत गृह प्रकल्पाच्या फसव्या जाहीराती देऊन भोळ्या भाबड्या आणि स्वताच्या घराचे स्वप्न पाहणाऱ्या अनेक गरीब व मध्यमवर्गीयांची घोर फसवणूक होत आहे. अनेकांनी आपल्या आयुष्याची पुंजी या कामी लावल्यानंतर त्याना आपली फसवणूक झाल्याचे लक्षात येत आहे. असे हजारो गरीब व मध्यमवर्गीय कुटुंबे या बिल्डरांकडून नागविली जात आहेत. अशा सर्वाना न्याय देण्यासाठी व सामुहिक लढा उभारण्यासाठी Navi Mumbai Action Forum हि संघटना स्थापन झाली आहे.
नवी मुंबई परिसरातील गृह प्रकल्पात गुंतवणूक करून फसवणूक झालेल्या बाधित ग्राहकांनी ९९७०१९७९०९ या क्रमांकावर संपर्क करावा.
बाधित ग्राहकांसाठी ८८७९८७१०११ या क्रमांकावर Whatsapp Group ची हि व्यवस्था केली आहे.
Hello Everyone, I'm also a Victim of TBG builders (Mahendra Singh and Mr. Sharma). I have been following up with these guys regularly since I came to know about their fraud. And now they are saying that it will take another 10 years for you to get your money through legal proceedings. Kind of making fun of our paralyzed system. Want to be part of this group. So that together we all can put up a fight.

Dear all victims of Balaji City, Vihighar are once again requested to join us on whats app immediately. We are now 143 persons in group and EOW has recorded our statement of 10-12 consumers daily . we are taking legal action against Bablu Gupta and related persons. Because he is Director of Aditya Builders and developers, Panvel and he has changed name of our Project as Balaji City to Sagar City with landowner in joint-venture without intimation to consumers. But till date nobody inform in writing to consumers where they are. Till date he is in Judicial Custody and Mahendra Sing's family and TBG not supported him. Till date appox. Rs. 4.25 Coror reported by consumers.
It is, also requested to other sites of TBG may kindly keep unity and approach to the EOW, Mr. Abhijit Patil and Navi Mumbai Consumer Forum as early as possible. Police Commissioner, Navi Mumbai and EOW has doing their best. Now no doubt about justice.
