Hi Sukumar, JR Greenpark is really Good. It is located near electronic city, on chandapura-anekal road. The project is gated community and approved by BMRDA and many leading banks. A world-class Club House is nearing completion at the JR Greenpark to experience a superior lifestyle.

Plz provide your valuable feedback about Aratt Firenza
Q: I am considering Aratt Firenza project for my own use. There are only few flats available and mostly in last 2 floors (top floors). Please let me know your valuable comments. Any comparison with GM Infinite Global Techies Town project (pre-launch, which would finish by 2020 Sept) would be appreciated.

I have recently booked an 2 bhk apartment in this project. After gone through all the mixed reviews, I visited the site. The project is located in Electronic city and it is very near to work places and also it has very good infrastructures like hospitals, schools IT Hubs ect. I feel the project is worth for the amenities what they are providing for. The builders are trustworthy.I have recently booked an 2 bhk apartment in this project.
