I have booked flat with Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd. (Akurli project) in the year 2014 (August), but still bhumi pujan is yet to be done...(God knows when it will be done).i went to office many times (Mentally exhausted) and it is closed, also no one picks phone. After checking i found they(Tirupati Balaji Builders & Developers Pvt. Ltd) have NOT got any approval from CIDCO for Akurli project.
