Hi! I just booked a 3 BHK flat in KG Signature City. The downside with them is there is no closed car parking facility. They provide only open car parking. This is ridiculous for the Chennai type of weather. Lack of Modular Kitchen and storage facilities in the interior. Any comments on the pros and cons you observed with KG Signature City? We have to really form a good and strong association of buyers to jointly request for betterment of the facility and our living. Any thoughts?
