What is the matter for demolishing the building . Why court has taken such steps.

I don't think that they will handover the possession within 2 months. As the initial possession date was in September'2016 but they are unable to handover by that time. Now, they are saying that they will give you possession by January'2017. I think this project will take one more year to finish. Check it out with your developers.
Still no progress is going on and we all are unable to understate the actual reason.
