Q: WE HAVE AGRICULTURAL LAND IN TRIMBAKESHWAR NASIK.KNW THE NEWS HAS COMETHAT GOVERMENT WHTSTO CONVERT AGRICULTURAL LANDINTO NON AGRICULTURAL COMPULSORY.MY QUESTION STARTS WHETHER GOV CAN DO THAT.AND IF YES WHT ARE ITS OUTCOME
Latest Answer: It is true. The amendment now allows the buyer to pay a penalty to the state government @ 50% of the Ready Reckoner Rate if the land purchased is for agricultural activities and 75% if the land has been purchased for non-agricultural activities. The decision would help in easing hurdles in setting up industries in the state.
