how is the promoter klazina consultants ltd for neemrana gateway residency

Good evening everybody!!! I have booked a plot in Klazina Gateway residency on 04th Dec- 2013. Today its 01.06.2016 and even after 2+ years of booking, the developer has not got all the Govt. Clearances and approval and I am also doubtful whether company has all the adequate Ownership title for the Land proposed for the project or not.
Pls add me to the Whatsapp group - we had purchased 3 plots , and paid 50% as stipulated at that time. Now we are running around, no reply from them , Office closed past so many days. Thanks -- Anit Agarwal 9811786879
