BPTP has stopped progress after taking 80% money from customers on their project Park Spacio at sector 37 D in Gurgoan. Every time you ask , they give stereo type reply that the contractor has run away and work will commence in few months time . looks they have diverted the funds and now simply misguiding the customers . Is their any way to handle such incompetent and cheater builder .

Hi Jyotika, I am Rahul Sehrawat and I have invested in BPTP Amstoria Project in sector-102 Gurgaon. I have already paid 62 lacs to BPTP which is 80% of total amount. I invested in this project in 2011 and was to get possession in 2014. But its 2016 now and there is absolutely no progress in the project from last two years. I appreciate if you can help the investors in whatever way you can.

hello Rahul here , me too have a flat in amstoria but no news ? any latest update ? One thing I wish to know are all the buyers united to form a group and go to court ?
I think going to court is the only option left as there is no construction activity going on the site.
