I have booked a plot in Klazina Gateway residency on 04th Dec- 2013. Today its 01.06.2016 and even after 2+ years of booking, the developer has not got all the Govt. Clearances and approval and I am also doubtful whether company has all the adequate Ownership title for the Land proposed for the project or not.

Even my father he is an retired army man has also invested money in the Klazina Plots 160 sq yd and paid 50% of the money I. e 7 lakhs in 2015 they told us that after two years we need to pay another 4 lakh and they will allot us the plot or in case we don't need then we can get the buy back 15% annually. But by seeing all the above comments and now Alok is in Jail not sure if we are going to get the polts or the hard earned money. Please help us as well. . Klazina Consultant is not reliable in Real Estate field and we (approx) 15 ppl have filed Complaint against this builder, he will not provide and information related to concerned project like no land, no papers, no delivery, no work with EOW gurgaon, pls join hands and lets start something to stop him from cheating New Ppl.

Hello
I booked a plot in Klazina Neemaran gateway project on 04 Feb 2013 and they told me that company will deliver plots in 2 years or you can also benefit from their Buyback offer with 15% annual retur. I paid 50% of the cost to the company which was around 235000/- . After 2 years when i enquired about my plot, the company made excuses and they also not returned my invested money.What should I do,if any body can suggest @sunildawar02@rediffmail.com
