Anybody has a opinion when a letter of allotment would be issued. Understand it is only issued after CC is received.
Request anybody who has booked in uptown kandivili to try join the hemani owners group for a common forum and latest updates.

Has anybody booked the flat in K hemani, Uptown. Can anybody guide us on CC certificate. Since 6 months they say CC is stuck due to BMC.
We don't know what is the truth and quite confused.

i am following up with K Hemani since last one year for cancelation, still i have not received the money. also still they have not provided the concern persons contact number to whom i can ask for my money, only some office boy Kalpesh is there to pick the calls for any account related queries, but he is also unanswerable to my query. i booked flat in 2015 and still no progress since then. can anyone provide me the contact number of concern person who can answer my query??
Hi, I am in New Zealand and also booked a Flat in Uptown . Every time I called the Office and asked about the Progress in CC ( Compliance Certificate) they said it would be cleared very soon by the authorities.The delay was due to the change of Officials in the Sanctioning Authorities.I don't know what is the inside story. If anybody knows please share it in this forum.

Hi Shraddha,
I think you should talk to the builder or the flat owners of this project. They will tell you what is exactly going on. I don't think that they have got the Completion Certificate. If they get they will definitely tell, once getting the CC they also need Occupancy Certificate (OC).
