What is the cost or fee to transfer BDA khata

Hi all, With Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) including khata transfer under Sakala, property owners can now obtain khata transfers online by applying for it through the Sakala service. It is very easy and stress free. It will save your money as well as your time.
But, they reject it for silly reasons and ask us to come to office to collect bribe.. i have undergone this. even after 3 months they didnt approve or provide it.
