Q: Nalinottam Residency Pvt Ltd, build quality is average. Bulider is not responsive to flat owners requests. Extremely self centered will look for his interests first. Will give ample of false promises.

I am the owner resident of U-203 Gurjinder Vihar, AWHO Greater Noida. Only lift in our block is defective
Q: I am tehe owner resident of flat number U-203 Gurjinder Vihar, Only lift available in our block defective since Oct 2015. I have made several complaints verbal as well as via email but no action by RWA. Now what can i do to get the same rectified please.

Concern with Dumping near C3 wing
Q: I am a current resident at Hyde Park C3 wing and have a concern regarding the Dumping of garbage and other construction items beside C3 building where C4 wing is/was going to be developed. The dumping of unwanted items has increased recently and is leading to mosquitos and insects in our house. Also the view is not plesant from our balcony. Kindly take necessary action or let me know with whom this issue needs to be discussed.
