Hello everyone I have seen a lot of builder bashing happening here, Let me give an honest account of my experience with Shivaganga Infra. My personal experience has been nothing short of great, vis-a-vis interaction, quality in terms of construction & co-operation from the entire staff of Shivaganga. They are really co-operative, will stick to their words & also make an earnest effort to rectify any errors caused by them. I'd also like to take the opportunity to put to rest some of the complains stated above. one has to understand that the builder cannot himself be present on all days & at all times, also he must delegate most of the work to sub contractors, which is how the industry works, & hence the actual work might get affected. And, once a customer buys a flat, they will do their best to ensure customer satisfaction.
