I am a resident of Noida since 4 years and would totally second you on this point. My major concern was the particular builder that i talk about. Would it be wise to book a unit in second phase of panchsheel greens 2 which is to be delivered after 36 months from now?

I have made a few visits and verified that the approach road and connectivity makes sense to me. I loved the location but I still have to contact the neighborhood and noida authority to get the rest of work done. It would an added help if you can direct me to someone in the neighborhood.
