Q: Hi, I have booked flat at ACME OZONe ASHWOOD BUILDING & RECENTLY GONE THROUGH DRAFT AGREEMENT. THE AGREEMENT GIVES REFERENCE TO MMRDA RENTAK HOUSING PROJECT COMPLETION LINKED TO COMPLETE HANDOVER OF ASHWOOD AND OAKWOOD. ANY ONE HAS ANY FEEDBACK ON THIS ISSUE.PLEASE PASS ON

Had booked with the developer in 2010 -11. They have faced issues on the approval front leading to delays, but are quite open and transparent in explaining their stand and accommodating he customers accordingly.Had booked with the developer in 2010 -11.
